- Every Quarterly Issues/Programs List for the term in the Issues and Programs Lists folder. The renewal application asks the licensee to certify that required documents were uploaded on time. Check your station free.
- Ownership report: the most recent complete report in the file; biennial reports are due December 1 of odd-numbered years (73.3615).
- EEO public file reports (employment units with five or more full-time employees): due each year on the anniversary of your renewal filing date, June 1 (73.2080).
- Local public notice: after the FCC accepts the application, broadcast the announcements and place a certification in the public file within seven days of the last one (73.3580).
- Anything missing or late: talk to your communications counsel before you certify. See recent cases.
