About
StationClerk is an independent software service for radio and TV stations. It does one job: helping stations keep the Quarterly Issues/Programs List, and the rest of the FCC public file, in order.
How it works
- The free check reads the FCC’s public Online Public Inspection File data for a station and lines its files up against the quarters of its license term. Data: FCC Online Public Inspection File (publicfiles.fcc.gov).
- The Desk is a paid, self-serve tool: you build your list, download the PDF and upload it yourself.
- Everything is automated. There are no sales calls, quotes or contracts, and support is by email.
What we never do
- Say a station “is compliant” or “violated” a rule. We describe what the FCC’s public data shows.
- Sign in to the FCC or file anything for you.
- Publish pages about individual stations’ results.
- Give legal advice. For that, talk to your communications counsel.
