Issues/Programs List due dates for 2026, 2027 and 2028
Facts checked against their sources on November 2, 2026.
Quarterly Issues/Programs Lists are due on the tenth day of the month after each calendar quarter: January 10, April 10, July 10 and October 10 (47 CFR 73.3526(e)(12)). Under FCC rule 1.4(j), a filing date that falls on a Saturday, Sunday or federal holiday moves to the next business day. The tables show both dates. To be safe, many stations simply upload by the 10th.

How the dates are worked out
- The holidays are the federal legal holidays, as observed: a holiday on a Saturday is observed the Friday before, and one on a Sunday the Monday after (47 CFR 1.4(e)(1)). Columbus Day (the second Monday in October) is why October deadlines often move by two days.
- The FCC can also extend deadlines, as it did after the 2025 shutdown, when lists due October 10, 2025 were given until December 1, 2025 (DA 25-943). Watch for FCC public notices.
- Our free check compares upload times in Eastern time against 11:59:59 PM on the date in the “Upload by” column.
Confirm deadlines that matter to you with your communications counsel. The StationClerk Desk emails a reminder 14 and 3 days before each one.
